We all knew that PAUL would loved to be paired with LW, they are friends and they loved working together at Loving.
Paul is still friend with Nancy, but beeing paired with LW could increase Manny story and maybe save them.
When Cassie and Danny had the chance to be paired with, Danny and Michelle were divorced, Bill Lewis was around Michelle (Ben too), so just the DK stupidity or who for him didn't go there, giving Danny and Michelle a chance to survive having other love stories ( with Cassie and Bill) in the show.

Split and come back is the soap world, split and come back for Manny too, having other love stories, wedding, children...

I can't understand why so many their fans fighted against this, maybe thinking that without Danny Michelle couldn't survive. And this wasn't true. Instead just pushing them always together, cornered them, pushing them out of any other co-workers story, pushed them at the end out of the show.

Anyway...I agree with Paul about the bad writing when he was at GL and much more since he was out.

I hope his projects will be true very soon. Without seeing PAUL face on the screen ...is so sad!
